The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
A varying degree of fitnesses here but all managed. All from Linlithgow originally, but some have moved around a little. This challenge was thought up early 2010 when 2 were preparing for a double marathon then once that was completed in March the idea fell away until about the 10th of August, we started talking seriously about it on the 14th of August and finally decided to do it on the Tuesday before we left. We were possibly underprepared as we had to pack all 5 of us into the one car and 4 of us shared the driving. But we pulled each other through and managed it within the 24 hour time frame.
