The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
In February of this year, Ben's dad Andy took his own life. This 3 Peaks attempt by Ben and his good friends Rhys, Charlie and Ethan is to raise funds for The Martin Gallier Project, a local suicide prevention charity and to raise awareness for men's mental health, in memory of Ben's dad.
