About the National Three Peaks Challenge

The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.

A group of 9 friends and family — Richard, Alana, Liam, Tom, Liam, Aidan, Sam, Beth and Josh — coming together to raise awareness and funds for Type 1 Diabetes. 💙 Type 1 Diabetes is a condition that Alana has lived with for many years, and we’re taking on this challenge together to help raise vital funds towards research, better treatments, and ultimately, a cure. Alana is proof that Type 1 Diabetes doesn’t have to define you or limit what you can achieve. Despite the challenges that come with living with the condition every single day, she continues to push boundaries, chase her goals and show that you can still live life to the fullest. Alongside the 9 taking part, we also have an incredible support team and drivers — Zach, Caroline and David — who will be there every step of the way. Their help, encouragement and dedication will be a huge part of getting us through the challenge, and we’re incredibly grateful to have them supporting us. Together, all of us hope to raise awareness, support life-changing research and help create a future where Type 1 Diabetes can be treated, prevented and, one day, cured. Every donation, share and bit of support means so much to us and will help us get one step closer to making a difference. 💙
