The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
We are husband and wife but will be joined by two mountain leaders (my sister and brother in law) and around 4 other friends.
These charities offer counselling for those who have suffered a bereavement and offer respite to those who need help when going through terminal illness.
