The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
Michael had a lengthy conversation with his brother during a long road trip driving south in Utah in September 2011 about the Challenge. Michael had been one of two drivers for a successful Challenge in April 2011 Andrew was already planning a family trip to England and decided to incorporate a Challenge element to the trip. The Challenge will follow the 'usual' format of Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. This Challenge has become a personal Challenge for the participants and there will be no fund raising element to it.
