The Yorkshire Peaks Challenge involves climbing Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside within 12 hours.
Father (Tom) and sons (Ben aged 10 and Eddie aged 9) from Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire decided to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks to add to their collection of Welsh mountains. It was Tom's 5th challenge, but the boys' 1st. All were keen to prove that they could make it round in one piece !
