The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
The plan was to complete the challenge for the crack. The four of us set off from the bottom of Ben Nevis at 4.30pm on the 2/7/16. Having climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon Sharing the driving between us, we completed the challenge in 23 hours and 30 minutes, reaching the bottom of Snowdon at 4:00pm on the 3/7/16. Having climbed in misty conditions in both Scotland and England, the Welsh weather (somewhat surprisingly!) did not disappoint with fantastic 360 degree views.
