The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan in the same day, either over 24 or 12 hours.
We are husband and wife We did the Welsh 3 Peaks last year unregistered and realised we could be the record holders so we thought we would do it registered so I can be registered as the fastest woman (with any luck!)
