In 2020 my Cousin Sam Siswick lost his battle with mental health and took his own life. In Sam's memory we are undertaking the National Three peaks Challenge in May. I will be running the three peaks Lorna & Emma will be walking the three peaks - all in a 24 hour period All money raised will go to Mind UK We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We are Mind
