The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
Lily is 15 years old and is doing this with her mum (who has done the three peaks previously) to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK. Her Step dad and grand father, a seasoned mountain walker, are doing the driving and admin for the challenge.
