The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan in the same day, either over 24 or 12 hours.
Rowen was raising money for Eve Women and Children’s Refuge. We reached Snowdon in the rain and wind at 7.40am, and completed Pen Y Fan at 9pm.
