The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
We decided to take on the challenge of the 3 Welsh Peaks to raise money for two fantastic charities; Mind and Time to Talk West Berkshire. These two charities are very close to our hearts and help so many people that suffer with their mental health.
