The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan in the same day, either over 24 or 12 hours.
We are a group of friends who are all a part of Love Caerphilly Family Church. Some of the team are keen walkers or enjoy fitness, while others are wanting a goal to aim for while improving their fitness.
