The four of us work together. Alex and Craig have had personal dealings with both Ronald MacDonald House and the Children's Ward at King's and wanted to try and give something back to them. All four of them are excited to take on this challenge for such great causes.
Fundraising pageWe are hoping to raise as much money as possible as we would like to split the money raised between 2 charities... the first being Ronald McDonald House. They provide families with free accommodation and support, just a stone’s throw from their child’s hospital bed. Parents and siblings have a place to stay, along with facilities allowing them to retain as much normality as possible. We want to help keep families together, when it matters most. The second charity will be for Kings College Hospital - childrens ward. The children we are raising money for don't have the luxury that most of us have of just getting up and charging about like most children do. They are inpatients at King's College Hospital and although the children's wards are alot more colourful than most wards - it can get very boring and monotonous for them. We are hoping to raise as much money as possible to buy them games and toys that they can play with and transfer some of the money into vouchers for days out for those that can leave for a few hours. A child's smile is priceless 😊.
