The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan in the same day, either over 24 or 12 hours.
Team Flip-flop post 3 respectable times for each mountain. Had we not taken a 50min detour travelling from Penygader to Pen-y-Fan a better time would have resulted. Either way, we did it.
