The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
We are a group of friends which all attend the same gym, Bruces Gym in Seaham We have challenged ourselves to the 3 peak challenge which is something outside most of our comfort zones
