The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
We are a group of colleagues who work for a Medical device manufacturer near Copenhagen in Denmark. One of our team members has a daughter who has been suffering with autism and an eating disorder. The danish psychiatry fund (Psykiatrifonden) does a lot to support families with similar challenges, so we have picked them as our motivational focus and chosen charity. As we all enjoy distance running and mountain sports the 3 peaks challenge seems like the perfect event for our group.
