The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
We are a group of friends who are part of Love Caerphilly Family Church. Some of the team needed a goal for losing weight and some are already fit and love being outdoors but we are all passionate about Mens mental health, which is why we have chosen Mind to raise money for, as they do fantastic work supporting men (and women) with their mental health.
