Team Callum Live!

We are a group 10 mates who will be taking on the three peaks challenge to raise money for 15 year old Callum, who is currently battling brain cancer. One of our group is Mark, Callum's Step dad. On 20th January Callum was sent home from School with a head ache. Prior to that he had no symptoms and was an active and healthy 15 year old lad. 4 months on he has undergone tests, scans, biopsies, completed 6 weeks or radiotherapy, chemotherapy and his parents are currently raising funds for cutting edge treatment abroad. This event is part of the wider fundraising effort to support Callum’s access to alternative treatment options in the UK, and abroad, that are not available through the NHS. All money raised will go directly towards his care and specialist treatment. Callum's story was covered in the national press. You can read about it here. https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/teenager-cancer-tumour-essex-callum-stone-gofundme-b2740665.html Please feel free to check out Callum's main fund raising page where you can see how his journey has been going so far. https://gofund.me/f2ef55f6 You can also follow Callum's story on Instagram where his Mum Sarah will continue to share updates. @sjandferris
