The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
We are a group of friends/family/colleagues that have previously done a running challenge to raise money for Sara Valley/Dementia. Sara Valley is based in Noordhoek South Africa, and is a non-profit-organisation caring for up to 30 residents in 3 farm houses who are living with dementia. We are raising funds for the creation of outdoor comfort areas for the residents of Sara Valley Care Home.
