We've set a number of challenges this year raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust. This included a challenge going from couch to 3 marathons over 2 weeks in 14 months. Here’s how the marathons unfolded: 🏃 TCS London Marathon (27th April) -5:11:59 🏃 Milton Keynes Marathon Weekend (5th May) - 5:50:59 🏃 Jane Tomlinson's Run For All Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon (11th May) - 5:25:02 Yes, I’ve been sore (for weeks 😅), but as I always say: be good to yourself first, so you can continue to be good for others. Recovery’s going well and now… it’s time for the next challenge! 💪 🎯 Up next was Jane Tomlinson's Run For All Leeds 10K on 15th June! beating, my time from last year’s York 10K, which was the first challenge to kick off this whole running adventure. But wait… the journey doesn’t stop there. The next big goal is… climbing Kilimanjaro! 🇹🇿 I’m building a team for the trek plus a well-earned safari and Zanzibar chill-out after. Want in? DM me! ✈️🗻🐘 As part of the training for Kilimanjaro 🇹🇿, we're tackling the 🇬🇧 UK National 3 Peaks challenge: 🏴 Ben Nevis (1352m ascent, 16.19km / 10.06 miles) 🏴 Scafell Pike (989m ascent, 8.21km / 5.1 miles) 🏴 Yr Wydda / Snowdon (723m ascent, 11.55km / 7.11 miles) We’ve already ticked off 🇮🇪 Carrauntoohil (1039m ascent, 13.12km / 8.15 miles) back in February, so that’s all four highest peaks in the British Isles (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) this year! 🏔️🥾💥 Thanks again for being part of this wild, sweaty, beautiful adventure. More to come 💙 Set a personal challenge to complete all 4 of the highest peaks in the British Isles, completing the National 3 Peaks as part of the challenge.
