The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan in the same day, either over 24 or 12 hours.
We area mixed group from across South Wales that wanted to take on the challenge, many for personal reasons. We chose Mind as one of our charities as we support them from our place of work and Welsh Mountain rescue as some of the group witnessed their invaluable work on Pen Y Fan recently.
