The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours.
Alan Gray aged 53 has had Type 1 Diabetes for 25 years, and to mark that milestone has taken on the Challenge of 7 Peaks in 7 weeks. Yorkshire 3 Peaks, National 3 Peaks and Kilimanjaro. Alex is Alan's 23 year old son and is joining in to keep his Dad company and make sure he survives!
